Meet at 2 pm. Pack your dinner. Bring water, towels, sunscreen, beach toys... We will spend a day at the beach and watch the fireworks that begins at 9 pm.
For the 59th year, Cabrillo Beach will host a free 4th of July Celebration and Fireworks show.
Events during the day
- 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. - Tours of Coast Guard Cutters at Berth 46
- 10:30 a.m - Ringing of the Historic Korean Bell at Angels Gate Park
- 8:00 p.m. - Golden State Pops Orchestra Concert
- 9:00 p.m. - The pyrotechnic fireworks presentation will begin
Parking
- Free shuttle service from 22nd and Miner Street
- Parking at the Beach limited
Security
- Vehicles and coolers are subject to search by the Los Angeles Police Department. Alcohol and fireworks are illegal and will be confiscated
